Metryx is a Belgian company providing data platform services for SMEs using Odoo. You can reach us at info@metryx.be.

When you fill in our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, plan interest, and message. When you visit the site, our hosting provider logs standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security and operational purposes.
Why we collect it
We use contact form data to reply to your enquiry and prepare a tailored proposal. Server logs are used to maintain availability and security. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Contact form data is retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction unless you ask us to delete it earlier. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can request access, rectification, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email info@metryx.be and we will respond within 30 days.
